Power adapters are everyday items, but who can say he is familiar with the technical details of these common products? When you are looking for a replacement of a lost or defective power adapter, you are spoilt for choice.
For this reason, the new Vivanco range of power adapters folllows an innovative logic focusing on the product's application.

Simple structure for easy selection
The range is divided into 4 device classes: power adapters for small electronic devices such as portable audio players (radios, Discman, etc.), pocket calculators, Babyfones, kitchen scales; for MP3 players incl. iPod & iPhone and mobile phones; for photo cameras, portable navigation devices and portable computers such as notebooks and netbooks. In addition, the power adapters are classified according to where they are used:

For the sake of the environment
The new Vivanco power adapters comply with the latest EU standards and directives (Eco Design Directive for EuP = Energy using Products). For power adapters, this means a significant reduction in standby consumption to below 0.3 Watt and a considerable increase in efficiency. For example, while conventional power adapters convert 50% of the energy into waste heat, the energy losses for the new generation of products are only about 20%.

Colour coding system for fast orientation
The newly developed packaging is a great help for finding the right product. The colour coding system and the symbols used enable rapid orientation on the shelf and facilitate the customer's decision to buy.
